ATTENTION TO DETAIL
Andy and his team have always had time to listen to and understand the detailed requirements and have regularly gone ‘above and beyond’ what I’ve specified in order to deliver the best end result for the client.
DOING THE RIGHT THING
I can rely on Andy to be fair and reasonable in dealing with unforeseen problems and issues, which are not uncommon when tackling the sensitive development of listed buildings. He always has a range of potential solutions to the problem in hand and will always recommend the right long-term solution, independent of how difficult it might be to deliver. I’ve never known Andy to be happy delivering a compromise fix, and this has resulted in very little call backs for return warranty work on any of the above projects.
MAINTAINING A STRONG RELATIONSHIP
Andy has always been positive and constructive, despite whatever issues and problems he might be dealing with on the site. Whenever one of my projects becomes a Transform project, I sleep easier in the knowledge that it is in a very safe pair of hands.

UNITED REFORM CHURCH IMPROVEMENT PROJECT 2020, STOCKTON RD, SUNDERLAND​
Transform Construction (Andy Ritson) was appointed as the main building works contractor and manager/co-ordinator of the sub-contractors.

Transform worked in a very professional and timely manner in spite of the difficulties presented by the COVID lockdown. They were meticulous in ensuring the safety and security of the building.

We were kept informed via weekly progress reports, videos and photos. Arrangements were later made for us to visit to discuss the project. Graham and Andy were aware that we had a tight budget, producing cost-saving ideas that did not compromise on quality.

We felt that they bent over backwards to help, and really did go the extra mile for us. The work was completed to a high standard in all its aspects. We were particularly impressed that everyone involved respected and cared for the building, taking pleasure in being able to enhance it.
